About designing the Onboarding Experience
ServiceNOW approached KPMG to design a solution for onboarding candidates. The goal was to provide a portal that would track the progress of a candidate, from initial contact through hiring to follow up post employment.
For candidates the portal would act as a hub for candidates to access their onboarding documents, scheduled interviews, and other relevant information.
For human resource teams the portal would give a birds eye view of the candidate's progress through the hiring process.
